- Audit your business expenses: Print out last month’s bank statement, highlight every line item, and ask yourself, Does this directly help grow my business? Eliminate anything that doesn’t.
- Simplify operations: Instead of hiring more coaches, I switched to group Zoom calls with breakout rooms for 10-minute laser coaching.
👉 Less clutter, more focus on what works.
Pro Tip 2. Create Once, Profit Forever
- Recurring revenue streams are game-changers. Here’s my lineup:
- Membership tiers (mini, main, max)
- Book royalties (aiming for $100K annually from self-published books)
- Affiliate programs (many offer 20–30% lifetime commissions)
- Ad revenue across blogs, podcasts, YouTube, and newsletters
👉 Focus on income that keeps flowing, even when you step away.
Pro Tip 3. Work Less, Automate More
- Automate strategically: I use email sequences to sell courses passively. Here’s my flow:
- Offer a free resource (a “click magnet”)
- Add subscribers to a 3–5 day automated sequence with valuable content and an upsell.

Pro Tip 4. Batch Create, Schedule Ahead
- Batch content creation: I dedicate one day a month to creating 4–8 podcast episodes, blogs, or videos. Then, I schedule them to publish weekly.
